Recession does infact help small businesses. As a less visionary ,one may get scared at the prospects of an economic downturn. In reality a recession boosts government financing, and I don’t just mean the huge bail outs.
I am not sure about the UK, but the Candian Government is sure handing out a lot of cash these days. Want to start a daycare in OMG, Where. Canada? If you don’t mind living in suburbia with a population of 200…..you can have $40,000. For all you fine gentlemen, that is still pocket change.
